Welcoming Leo Mulabdić as new VP of Commercial Strategy & Network

To kick off 2025, we are thrilled to announce that Leo Mulabdić has joined the HIVED team as our new Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Network! 

With nearly ten years experience in the ecommerce and logistics sector, Leo will be responsible for scaling HIVED’s tech-enabled and customer-centric delivery network in 2025 as the business targets ambitious growth.

Leo joins HIVED bringing a wealth of experience from his time at Amazon, where he served as Head of EU Pricing for Amazon Shipping. There, he led a team focused on pricing strategy and supported the commercial team in customer negotiations.

Over his seven years at the tech giant, Leo held pivotal roles at Amazon Business EU, driving pricing strategies and launching new products. With a robust background in finance and investment, Leo has deep expertise in the logistics market and ecommerce execution, positioning him perfectly to lead HIVED’s ambitious growth journey.

The business has developed the right value proposition combined with a clear market focus, which customers both recognise and appreciate. As HIVED now looks to supercharge the next phase of its growth across the UK, I’m hugely excited to lead our commercial strategy and network to create a fully-integrated and scalable delivery model.”
