Above and beyond Customer service

The delivery service from Corey was awesome. He went above and beyond to deliver the parcel to me as I was not going to be home at the time due to a prior commitment. He confirmed ID with me and it was a really positive experience to encounter someone who puts customer service and satisfaction as his main priority. Not sure what Hived was until today, but wish all my deliveries could be like this. Thank you for the effort and service.

Delivery that makes sense

I was able to change my delivery to a day I'm off work and this was listened to, then on arrival the driver gave us a chance to open the door and knocked twice while we were faffing getting to the door - shouldn't feel like a luxury but has been amazing service.

A better class of courier

Excellent communication throughout shipment with clear and precise info on your app. Your driver was 5*. He called to ensure delivery was made and even waited for a minute or two and not just leave a card or chuck the parcel anywhere (unlike most/ all) other couriers. Well done Hived!

Excellent Driver

The driver left the parcel at my neighbour's house and took three photos to ensure that I understood precisely where it was. Not only that but I suspect he or she called me three times either to let me know what he or she done or to ask if he or she should put it somewhere else though I couldn't pick up as I was in a meeting.
