Nespresso partners with HIVED to offer customers an elevated delivery experience

Few brands are as iconic, well-known and innovative as Nespresso, which is why we are extremely proud to share our partnership with Nespresso, elevating the delivery experience for their London customers. 

With HIVED, Nespresso customers can enjoy an enhanced delivery experience and customer-friendly platform. Features include the ability for customers to track their orders in real time, receive regular live updates and access live chat with HIVED customer representatives. HIVED currently has a 99% first time delivery attempt rate and a Trustpilot rating of 4.8 from around 5,000 ratings. 

Thanks to the partnership, Nespresso customers can also be confident their coffee is delivered more sustainably. All HIVED’s deliveries are 100% electric, including the middle mile from distribution centre to depot. HIVED’s delivery reduces carbon emissions by up to 76% per parcel. This has the potential to save over 10,000kg of CO2 emissions per month across approximately 60,000 Nespresso deliveries in London, in comparison to non-electric delivery options (based on HIVED’s independent Life Cycle Assessment). This is the equivalent GHG emissions of an average passenger car travelling around 37,500 miles (based on UK Government GHG conversion factors).

Nespresso customers are able to choose between next-day and two-day delivery options to locations across Greater London. To celebrate the partnership, new Nespresso-branded HIVED electric delivery vans will also be hitting the streets across London.
