The HIVED difference

5 brands we love

Part of what makes our work at HIVED so rewarding is that we are fortunate enough to work with some of the most amazing people and companies out there. To highlight that fact, we have put together a list of brands we're incredibly proud to call our clients.

Minor Figures

Founded in 2014, Minor Figures is a London-based coffee and oat m*lk company with a special place in our hearts. Their innovative, high-quality products are changing the industry: plant-based, 100% vegan, and completely carbon neutral.

But our love for them goes beyond their products. Their unique and artsy brand aesthetic and slick packaging design is what really sets them apart from the rest. The Minor Figures team also does a lot of other cool stuff within the community, like surfboards, latte art throw-downs and socks.

Bird & Blend Tea Co

This award-winning Tea Mixology Company is on a mission to reimagine tea and spread happiness. Co-founders Krisi and Mike started packing tea in their bedroom and attending markets — and is now leading the way in tea innovation in the UK.

We admire their passion and commitment to staying true to their ethos and values whilst growing their business. They are, for example, doing some incredible work for the environment. Together with World Preservation Foundation, they plant a tree for every takeaway cup they sell. How cool is that?

Omami

Omami wants to empower the next generation to share a love of food and is adamant about making healthy, fresh and organic baby food of the highest quality. No concentrates, preservatives or fillers, and all their ingredients are freshly prepared.

Their exceptionally cool packaging and delivery boxes are also 100% recyclable — just all-around goodness!

Percival Menswear

The London-based clothing brand Percival doesn't believe in strict, outdated fashion business models. They design and produce eye-catching menswear in smaller collections, all of which combine a British sense of understated style with rare, internationally-sourced fabrics and materials.

Yes, their clothing designs are great — but we also like how they have made an active choice to be as environmentally conscious as possible. To reduce the need to buy more, Percival is pushing towards a change to create and produce timeless products of better quality. They have, for example, switched to biodegradable and compostable garment bags and are working with suppliers that have reduced their water consumption. We love to see it!

Idioma

Launched in 2011, Idioma is a family-run business based in the UK that produces ethical clothing. World languages drive the designs, and they aim to challenge, inspire, and encourage multiculturalism in expression and approach.

Idioma is also thoughtful fashion: super passionate about sustainability, and does a lot of great work pushing the industry in the right direction. In collaboration with the Fair Wear Foundation's initiative, they're working to make a positive change in the textile industry by voicing the rights of the world's garment workers.

There are, of course, many more brands and businesses we work with that we admire (and the list keeps getting longer as we continue to grow). So stay tuned for more similar posts in the future.
